about the product

BEES é uma plataforma global de e-commerce B2B criada pela AB InBev para transformar a maneira como pequenos e médios varejistas se conectam com grandes fornecedores.

problem

Low visibility of financial information and payment options was limiting credit activation and slowing down digital payment adoption — two critical levers for driving growth and revenue within the Bees ecosystem.

Main goal

Make financial information more accessible and actionable to drive payment adoption and reduce credit-related friction.

Approach

Benchmark

To kick off the project, I started by looking outward. I ran a benchmark focused on how other players approached financial information flows and screen structures. This helped me identify common patterns, gaps, and opportunities that could inform our direction.

Co-creation session with Tetris

With the market insights in hand, I brought together key stakeholders from business, product, and engineering to align expectations and surface constraints early. To guide the conversation beyond UI decisions, I led a Tetris-style co-creation exercise that helped each team focus on what truly mattered from a strategic and product perspective. This approach allowed me to manage different viewpoints effectively and build alignment around a shared vision.

Usability test & Card sorting

To ensure the experience truly resonated with users, I conducted usability tests and card sorting sessions. These methods helped me validate both structure and content, revealing how people interpreted financial information and what they expected to find. The insights gathered were key to refining the experience and making it more intuitive and actionable.
